  • ​Free consultation so we can get to know one another, discuss what kind of experience you are hoping for in your upcoming birth, answer any questions you have and see if working together feels like a good fit.
  • 3 prenatal visits to discuss: your options, priorities and hopes for your labor and birth; relaxation measures, massage techniques and positions; the normal physiology of labor; writing a birth plan; preparing the mind and body for birth and postpartum.
  • 24-hour on-call labor support beginning 2 weeks prior to your due date
  • Phone, Facebook and/or email contact throughout your pregnancy
  • Labor support starting when you need me, either at home or at the hospital, until 2-3 hours after delivery
  • Back-Up Doula in the rare case of extra support being necessary
  • Postpartum home visit to see how your new family is doing, process the birth together, and answer questions/share tips about healing, newborn care, and breastfeeding
  • Community referrals for belly, birth and baby related needs
